Build a Sentence - Part 2 is a great resource for helping children learn and practice sentence structure once they have mastered the alphabet and word building.
It introduces nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs and uses colour-coded cards to help children build sentences using the different parts of speech. This activity set can be played solo, with two people or in small groups.
This set features 240 colour-coded grammar cards, green for nouns, blue for verbs, yellow for adjectives, and red for adverbs. Children are able to match the cards in a variety of ways whilst encouraging the correct use of capital letters and punctuation marks.
